I’m in Chicago for Forrester’s Consumer Forum conference, and David Armano invited us over to a get together for the Chicago web community. Critical Mass is a digital marketing agency, I see teams around design, IA, usability, social media, emerging channels.. In the video above, I asked him “What’s in demand right now”.
