Yes,absolutely – there are so many aspects. It would gain them a broader reader base, too. Are we helpful or what? (you have the connection, maybe you can suggest it?). James Lim is a great resource on this topic.

Connie, that’s an interesting idea. I agree “Web Strategy” needs to be an area for content focus. There’s already so much content for designers, developers, engineers, SEO, SEM, Usability, UX, and IA.

What about for people that are actually the ones that are responsible for the overall management of the site?

Just razzing you Jeremiah! I had seen your comment that they should have a section on Web strategy. (be careful what you wish for/propose eh?!)

Actually, my unspoken idea was that they could ask for volunteers & then rotate the responsibility around (so it’s not a burden on you). It could even be a regular column space and they could line up people, or take submissions. I’ve noticed that Darren Rouse is the master of gaining content that way. I’d be willing to do something in regard to online communities (ideas for increasing participation).

I knew that you were the perfect person to have the regular column in Website Magazine! and yes, a one click for Facebook would be better. The other info could be added later if the user wanted. They give the option to skip so the designer must have realized it wasn’t of high importance.
