Both this &amp; the Avinash show had some excellent topics. I particularly liked &#039;Marketing vs IT&#039; &amp; - as James says - &#039;CWS&#039; in this episode, and the shift from &#039;Analytics&#039; to &#039;Insight&#039; from the Avinash interview.
