Online Photo Editing

Thanks to Thomas Hawk of Zooomr he’s granted me permission of this photo to use as my profile picture (now on right). The story of this photo is here. Like most humans, I’m self conscious of how I look, so I was very selective in this picture, it needs to represent me in the professional world, as often conference organizers will grab that photo for the schedule and website info.
The older one is a bit outdated, and it was time for a bit of freshning up.
I don’t have photoshop yet on my computer, and my trial ended. So I resulted in using online tools.
PXN8
I started with PXN8 which has some very very basic features (I cropped and resized). There’s a few other photo features such as rounded corners and sepia tones.
My Imager
It wasn’t enough so I used My Imager, which has several more features that I needed (the black border). The only drawback is the popups.
