Wow, just yesterday I noticed how Mark is starting to have the Community Manager role manifest, I didn’t realize it would happen so fast that he would propose this role to his management and company. Talk about taking action.
He even posted the job description that he proposed. Mark should get a raise. Hey Mark, are you benchmarking this progress? Go to Technorati and count all the instances that are related to your field, the competition, your company, problems and needs. Right it all down. Then record this every month. Try to measure as much as possible.
The social media industry should be proud of Mark for taking leadership to reach out to customers. Way to go Mark!
