So you want a Blogger to Write Something, Do you use email?
Recently, someone was trying to pitch to me. They wanted to to cover and link to a story that I had no interest in blogging about.
Robert Scoble had this blog post in his shared feeds, on how not to pitch a blogger.
Regardless of the situation, blogs much always remain authentic, and interesting to the blogger or to the audience. As soon as this trust is broken, you lose what you worked so hard at gaining.
Often I encourage others who want this communication to blog themselves. Often they say they don’t have time. If they are using email then they have yet to think it all the way through!
