Question for you: do you think the rates will go up in the coming months?
Posted by Fraser on September 25th, 2006 at 7:04 pm
ohhh, potential revenue stream - what a concept!
Posted by David Dalka on September 25th, 2006 at 8:06 pm
Fraser, Yes of course it will. I also expect many others to clone it.
I also expect Google to create a new “blogSense” tool that lets users advertsise using blogs, rather than just keywords.
David, yes novel idea.

Interesting #s. The only thing I disagree with is the amount of traffic and ability to place same priced ads on non-techmeme pages.
Anyways, gabe still rules!

Noah
I talked to Gabe about this briefly last night. These numbers indeed are a ‘best case scenario’ hence why I put emphasis on the term potential.
Nothing is impossible, I still believe the web market is going to continue to go up for some time before coming back down.
