A Weekly Guide for the SF Web Industry: Lunch 2.0 ‘Web Expo’, Future of Web Apps, and Lunch with Yoda.
This is going to be a busy week for the Web Industry, here are some of the well known events going on.
Tuesday: Free Lunch 2.0 Web Expo at Hitachi Data Systems in Santa Clara
On Tuesday, Hitachi Data Systems will host Lunch 2.0. I’m helping to coordinate this free lunch and Web Expo. There are folks coming in from UK, Ireland, Taiwan, and Japan to swing by our large office. It’s a free lunch, and you can sign up here, I’ll be at the front door to greet you. There will be 150-250 people attending, some of the guests include:

- Pandora will DJ
- Shel Israel
- 9 other Web companies will be showcasing their websites at the expo.
Later that night Tara Hunt and Marc Cantor will be at BayChi in Palo Alto. I can guarantee they will lead a very charged discussion.
Wednesday: Carson Systems Future of Web Applications in SF
Wednesday, most of these folks have adjusted their flight schedule to attend Lunch 2.0 as they are headed to the ‘Future of Web Apps Conference‘ in SF. I’ve been invited as “press” by the organizers, as they’ve seen my blogorhea of notes and pictures at conferences and events, cool!

Thursday: Conference guests can visit Yoda
Thursday, Niall is going to lead conference attendees on a tour of Letterman Digital Art center this week. Folks can tour the famous ‘Star Wars’ campus, the geeks unite. The tour will include
