Thanks Dan for the tip, I’ve made the changes, and even the older links still work –great tip, hopefully it will help with my SEO efforts. Thanks to all who’ve given me feedback so far on this blog (including my wife’s suggestions to use this banner instead) I’ve also sent an email to my family members that are educators to Dan’s blog –could be interesting.
